Terms and Conditions

1. An International Driving License is required for foreigners to drive in Bali , and a National Driving License (SIM A) for Indonesian citizen.
2. Rental rate are inclusive insurance of the car. Accident, damage or theft or any part of it. Will be customer’s own risk liability per accident (if any) up to US $ 350.
3. A rental rate is for 24 hours (daily) and extra charge of US$ 5.00/hour for every hour the vehicle is not returned in excess of 24hours from the start-rental time.
4. Petrol is Exclude. Full tank upon car delivery only available when required. On the collection of the car, the renter must hand it back also in full tank.
5. If you wish to extend use of the car please inform us not less than 24 hours before the expiry date and time, otherwise the car may be pre-booked by another party. if the renter does not inform the rental company, rental company more than 48 hours after expiry date and time, the rental company has right to report to the police department that the mentioned car is lost, all risk and act taken by police department will be the renter responsible.
6. The renter will be fully responsible for any consequences for giving the car to be driven by any other person than stated in the rental contract agreement.
7. Driving the car outside Bali island is not permit without any approval of car rental company.
8. Drunk driving is extremely prohibited.
9. Free delivery to the Airport, Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur and Ubud area. Extra charge will be applied for remote area.
10. An advance deposit is not needed to make a booking, therefore simply completing and send us your “ Reservation Form ” and your car rental would be prepared on your requested dates and time.
